Short and honest: this is a tool for your own reflection and record-keeping. It does not promise that practice produces results, and it is not a replacement for professional help.
Using Magickal Chaos
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.
You need to be old enough to consent to digital services where you live, and you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself.
What this is
Magickal Chaos is a personal record-keeping and reflection tool. It helps you write, track habits, keep time with the moon, draw tarot as a reflective framework, and run your own experiments.
It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or an emergency service rather than an app.
No promised outcomes
Nothing in the app promises that any ritual, intention, sigil or practice will produce a particular result. The tarot feature offers meanings and questions, not predictions. The chaos magick lab exists to record what you did and what actually happened — including nothing.
Any interpretation is your own. Treat suggestions as prompts to think, not as facts.
The AI assistant
The optional AI assistant is a text-generation tool. Its output may be inaccurate, incomplete or simply wrong, and it should never be treated as diagnosis or professional advice.
It only runs when a provider is configured and you have given consent, and only on the text you submit for that request.
Your content
Everything you write stays yours. You grant us only the technical permission needed to store and display it back to you through your account.
You are responsible for what you record. Do not use the app to store content you have no right to hold.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer for access to others’ data, or use the service to harm anyone. Do not use it to plan or carry out anything unlawful.
We may suspend or close an account that is used this way.
Plans and payment
Plan limits are enforced on the server. In this build, billing is not connected to a payment processor, so nothing can charge you and no plan can be purchased.
If billing is connected in a future deployment, any change to paid access will be applied through a verified payment webhook rather than from the browser.
Availability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable, and data may be lost if the deployment it runs on is lost. Keep your own export if the records matter to you.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
